Big Battlefield Bike Ride and other events....
 
Well this week has been good! After a bit of time off (OK months) and a slight knee injury I managed to run outside. It went quite well as I am following a beginners half marathon schduele which will get me up to distance by Christmas then I will start working on speed from January. The dark nights aren't going to make me get out of the door very easily!

I also fitted in two swims and two Pedal Power classes. Tuesday night Pedal is quite evil especially after a 2000m swim on a Monday night!  But needs must I sold my bike this week so I will have to stay indoors until I get a new one.....

So I am offically back on proper training - there is even a plan posted on here so I will have to stick to it or you all will know!
